1. Services
WOW AI Videos produces AI-assisted videos and related creative services as described on this website and in your confirmed brief.
2. Pricing & payment
Prices are calculated from the effort your project requires, as shown in the estimator at the time of order. Payment is taken in full or as a deposit, with any balance due on delivery before final files are released.
3. Delivery & revisions
Standard delivery is 7 days from brief approval (rush and extended options as selected). Two rounds of revisions are included; further changes are quoted separately.
4. Your materials
You confirm you have the rights to any logos, footage, music or other assets you provide and grant us permission to use them for your project.
5. Ownership
On full payment you receive commercial usage rights to the final delivered video. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
6. Cancellations & refunds
If you cancel before production starts, we refund your payment less any third-party costs. Once production has started, payments are non-refundable for work already completed.
